He has led business transformation practices for three major consulting firms, is the author of 4 books on business transformation, and writes a BPM focused column for the Process Excellence Network (PEX).
Keith Leust has extensive experience in business architecture and strategy, change management, leadership development, large-scale business reengineering & BPM, technology implementation, and is an expert in driving transformation to enable modern business design.
With over 25 years of work focused on ensuring “… organizations are designed to achieve their desired business results” Keith has help drive significant transformation efforts.
As a Client Advisor and Business Architect with Oracle and now a Managing Consultant leading the Business Transformation practice with Accelare, Keith works directly with leaders – across industries – to create and execute holistic solutions to align the leadership, build business roadmaps and implement organizational change.
As an executive at Motorola, Keith was instrumental in the re-architecting of the cell phone business as well as the transformation of the global IT organization. At Prudential, Keith was the VP of Business Transformation and led the reengineering of front and back office operations. As an executive with American Express, Keith reengineered processes, organized business segments around the customer and installed technology to simplify operations.
Keith began his consulting career with Arthur Andersen where he co-managed the Northeast Change Management practice. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Lehigh University, MBA’s in Finance and International Business from Fairleigh Dickenson University and an HR/OD Certification from Columbia University. In addition Keith is a Certified Business Architect, a Six Sigma Black Belt and is certified in Myers Briggs.
