Survey BPM Skills and Job Success Factors

Invitation to participate in a survey investigating:

Business Process Management Skills and Job Success Factors

This survey should only take approximately 15 minutes to complete and once completed you will be eligible receiveone of several $40 gift certificates to Amazon.com.
This survey is being administered as widely as possible with the aim of reaching as many people involved in the hiring and retention of business process professionals, regardless of affiliation. We are seeking the views and issues that you face, in light of the reported shortage of business process skills and expertise in the marketplace that is expected to continue through 2012 (Gartner Group, 2006). It is expected that the results of this study will help the global community of process professionals validate and identify what tasks and characteristics lead to superior performance in organizational business process initiatives.
Your participation is voluntary, and you may withdraw consent and cease participation in the study at any time without negative consequences. Detailed results of the survey will be confidential to Widener University. All personal and company specific information will be kept confidential. Published survey results will only contain aggregate information.
All respondents to this survey will receive a full report of the study findings. In addition, each respondent who completes the survey will be eligible to receive a $40 gift certificate from Amazon.com. Gift certificates will be emailed to respondents drawn from one of the five monthly drawings, beginning on May 30, 2008. Respondents can only win one gift certificate. However, names not drawn in the first drawing will be eligible for subsequent drawings. Fifty $40 gift certificates will be awarded - ten names will be chosen in each drawing.
Please feel free to send the URL of this survey (http://www2.widener.edu/~yantonuc/survey/) to any other process participant in your organization and/or to those you know outside your institution, either in or outside the U.S.
Thank you in advance for your participation,
Yvonne Lederer Antonucci, Ph.D.                   Richard J. Goeke, Ph.D.
