This session, led by Neal Lohmann, Metastorm’s Director of Business Transformation Solutions, will discuss and show you how to leverage business transformation practices to lead your company in its transformation efforts.

Neal Lohmann is the Director of Business Transformation Solutions at Metastorm – a global leader in enterprise architecture, business process analysis, and business process management software. In this role, Neal helps organizations leverage a formal business transformation framework and associated tools to realize results from business improvement efforts.
Neal has 20+ years experience in enterprise and business architecture, business process management, re-engineering, strategy development and execution, Six Sigma, and program management. Prior to Metastorm, Neal was Vice President of Business Transformation at MetLife. Neal’s focus was on the creation of an internal consulting organization, which led strategic planning, business architecture, process design and program management programs used to transform the business. Prior to MetLife, Neal worked for both Citigroup and JP Morgan where he led numerous process and quality improvement initiatives. Neal holds certifications from MIT in strategy and innovation and is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
