Webinar- Wednesday March 19, 2014 2:00 PM Central

Topic: This webinar is an overview of Chapter two of BPM CBOK, v3, Business Process Management

Why you shouldn't miss this webinar:

Designed for a broad audience, this webinar provides an overview of the BPM value proposition and orientation to BPM foundational concepts and best practices. The topics covered in this webinar align to the content in Chapter 2 of the ABPMP BPM Common Body of Knowledge and serve as a foundation upon which future webinars will be based.

Presenter: Denis Lee, CBPP, author of chapter two on Business Process Management.

An accomplished business architect and business process management professional, Denis has extensive BPM consulting experience throughout the private, public and non-profit sectors.

Denis built his BPM consulting practice on two principles. First, that success is achieved when an organization connects with its customers and aligns its services, structures, processes and technologies to meet customer need. Second, that business systems should not be “implemented-and-done” but should be cared for and managed in a continuous improvement cycle to maximize their value over time.

Denis’ clients are business leaders invested in optimizing their organization to better serve their customers and to improve the speed, agility and predictability of their operations.

Denis holds a Masters of Industrial Technology and a Masters in Business Administration with focus in organizational behavior. He is a Certified Business Process Professional and has been a member of the ABPMP International Board of Directors since March 2009.
