The ABPMP International Board has been looking at the ways it can provide the greatest benefit to its members in the future.  We recognize that the BPM world is transforming as it starts to become more mature.  To help adjust to these changes we have working with several of our international members to modify the CBOK and the CBPP certification test.  We have also created a certification test for newer practitioners entering into our discipline – the Certified Business Process Analyst.

This year is shaping up to be equally transformative for the Association.  We are creating a new “Leaders” level certification that will be for those who have attained the a mastery level of proficiency in the multiple component areas of business transformation.  We are also realigning all of the association’s material around a core BPM Competency model.  This model will allow members to have a clear understanding of the BPM career path and the competencies that will need to be mastered at each job level.

To help practitioners obtain the level of recognition that they are ready for, we will begin holding BPM certification workshops that provide a competency overview to help people prepare for the certification tests.  Certification tests will be held at the end of each of these workshops.

Please join Tony Benedict, the President of ABPMP International, as he looks at these changes, discusses the association’s vision, and describes what we are doing to deliver this vision.  This is a must attend Webinar for members who would like to become acquainted with the evolving benefits of the association and look at how the association will change this year.  Because this will affect all members, we strongly urge you to attend.

This Webinar will be the first of a new series that will keep members up to date on what the association is working on and what we are finding is new in our rapidly evolving discipline.
