Mark Dabrowski leads SAI’s Digital Practice, providing the technological and strategic vision that helps create better, higher-performing digital solutions for SAI clients. Mark leads a team of talented user experience architects, content strategists, designers and application developers. Mark has worked with many notable brands including Walmart, Johns Hopkins Medicine, Condé Nast Publications, U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Modell's Sporting Goods and the Maryland Department of Transportation.

For Walmart, Mark led an initiative to build and deploy a just-in-time training platform to support a company-wide operational excellence initiative. The web-based platform allows Walmart managers to create and distribute task lists and standard operating procedures to Walmart associates, who can access this content through a wide range of in-store devices, including traditional computers, smartphones and tablets. This initiative’s goal was to improve operational efficiency by ensuring that the “one best way” to complete common tasks was documented and made readily available to associates across Walmart’s 5,000 US locations. Initially deployed in Walmart’s US stores, this solution has since been expanded to Walmart’s Mexico and Sam’s Club business units where it now supports the daily operations of over 1.5 million associates.  

Mark received his B.A. degree from Towson University and M.S. degree from the University of Baltimore. He also holds Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certifications.

Josh Crone leads SAI’s Software Products business and is responsible for the overall strategy, design, engineering and customer success of SAI’s software products portfolio.

Since joining SAI, Josh has worked with numerous customers in the Retail, Healthcare and Hospitalityl industries to solve real-world problems using Acadia, SAI’s Policy and Procedure management platform.  Prior to joining SAI, Josh served as Vice President of Technical Services at Penguin Random House where he provided strategic direction and practical guidance for all aspects of technology.  Josh’s lifelong focus on quality and consistency in the delivery of IT services has accelerated the performance of numerous businesses.
