May 2009: Managing the Whitespace
Aaron Bozeman, a consultant from iGrafx, showed how business process analysis (BPA) tools support simulations and the design of process improvements. Nechama Katan, a Portland business consultant, explained how a local high-tech company used leadership training to turn functional managers into process owners.

March 2009: BPM Process Modeling and Development with a BPM Suite
Bob Shallow, Director of Product Development for NACCO Materials Handling Group, showed how Lombardi's Teamworks BPM Suite was used to design, develop, and implement a BPM application that was released to engineering design centers in the U.S., Europe, and Asia.

December 2008: Implementing BPM using Best Practices
Two case studies of real BPM initiatives executed by ABPMP members Denis Lee and Chet Amborn. The first case shows the depth of process analysis and design involved in a new IT provisioning capability. The second case shows how a mortgage loan origination process was redesigned and implemented using BEA's Aqualogic.

September 2006: Implementing BPM and Business Rules Management
Case study of a large-scale conversion project at OPERS by Larry Ward. This project applied BPM strategies to allow business users to define system needs and implementation. This included implementation of Business Rules Management.
