Vijay Krishnan

I have 18+ years of experience in Service Deliver/ Project & Program Management. I have been heading quality division for my organization for the last 4 years. Ever since I started working as a full-time Quality department employee, my intent was to get trained on BPM. I am willing to go that extra mile in advocating about how important it is to have the BPM methodologies and CBPP certification, if we could tap in some of the autonomous educational institutes we could have higher success rates.

This will really help these institutes in getting business ready candidates and people will be valuing lot towards Process Excellence and not just focused on technology-ready candidates which will help the institute, organizations who are hiring the candidates and also the candidates.
