Indemnification
ABPMP shall have no responsibility or liability for any content appearing within any digital or written content provided by the Media Partner. Media Partner agrees to indemnify, hold harmless and defend ABPMP against all claims arising out of or based upon the content provided by the Media Partner.
Right to Revoke
ABPMP™ reserves the right at any time and in its sole discretion to revoke the right to limit as set forth herein and request that the Media Partner remove from its website, written, or digital media any link(s) to the ABPM website, reference to logo, or partnership.
