This course will complement the BPM CBOK 4.0 in order to prepare for the CBPA exam and also help you prepare for the CBPP exam. The Exam Prep course is a 7-hour, case-based approach presented in 8 sessions.

• To prepare for the CBPA, the course covers each of the 9 knowledge areas of the BPM CBOK 4.0 and aligns each knowledge area to the BPM Lifecycle Framework for a methodological approach to BPM. Each section of the course provides test questions to check your knowledge of the material.

• To prepare for the CBPP, the course also includes a comprehensive case study that requires individuals to apply their BPM knowledge, skills and experience to a real-life business technology case study. Additional questions are placed at the end of each session to apply what you learned in the course to answer questions pertaining to the case study.

• Each session also also an accompanying handout of the material presented that you can print and take notes as you follow along. The case study document is also available for download and print.
